If your flat is not yet on the letting market, please contact the Company Secretary as soon as you are thinking of letting your flat as there are very important procedures that must be followed. We want your letting to go as smoothly as possible with no avoidable last minute hiccups or holdups.
The letting cannot complete without certain steps being taken by the Company Secretary, so please don't leave it to the last minute, make contact as soon as possible.
Please also ensure that your letting agent has a copy of the guidelines and regulations as these must be read and agreed by your prospective tenant.
