Before putting your flat on the market, please contact the Company Secretary as we have a list of people who are looking to buy.
Even if you don't want to use that list of people, please contact us as soon as you intend to sell your flat as there are very important procedures that must be followed. We want your sale to go as smoothly as possible with no avoidable last minute hiccups or holdups.
The sale cannot complete without certain steps being taken by the Company Secretary, so please don't leave it to the last minute, contact us as soon as possible.
Please also ensure that your Solicitor has a copy of the guidelines and regulations as these must be read and agreed by your prospective buyer.
